 A special dinner was organized by Al Rajah School to mark the retirement after 28 years of Mrs Linda Al Arrayed who has served the school for 28 years latterly as Vice Principal. Tricia, as Secretary to the Board of Management spoke on behalf of the Board and I was honoured to attend as a trailing spouse.  Several other staff were presented with gifts marking 10, 20, 25, and 35 years of service to the school, which is an indication of the loyalty to the school, which was established in 1899. Some wonderfully imaginative tributes were made in poetry, song, video clips and Scottish dance! |
