 We have been delighted to host Canon Huw Mosford, the Director of Chaplaincies of Mission to Seafarers, this week. For Stephen it will have been an especially busy week, co-ordinating a packed programme of visits to see the Seafarers’ Centre and to meet various people in the different ports connected with the shipping industry. He was clearly impressed by what he saw of Stephen’s ministry and particularly at how well-known Stephen is from port security staff to senior port and shipping officials. He joined us regularly for Morning Prayer in the Cathedral and there were also a number of social events, including a meal with Council members and their spouses and MtS supporters at the Hong Kong Restaurant on Wednesday. |
