Reception HMS Bulwark: Friday 17th October 2014

A reception aboard a visiting Royal Navy ship HMS Bulwark gave an opportunity to meet some of the new ambassadors who have arrived in Bahrain, prior to our sending invitations out for our Remembrance Sunday service on the 9th November. In particular the French Ambassador spoke of his time in Egypt and links with All Saints’ Cathedral, Cairo. And an interesting conversation with the Italian Ambassador which we promised to follow up with a bottle of wine!
