A Slower pace of Life
 It was good to see something of Bahrain’s older life when we drove to Karrannah and out onto some reclaimed land on our day off on Tuesday: Bahrainis taking their mules into the water for a wash and  cool down; quite different from the glossy urban landscape of the Financial District, visible in the distance over the fishing pots and boats. |
