 It was good to have the opportunity to meet both the Roman Catholic Bishop of the Forces – the Rt Rev’d Richard Moth – and Anglican Bishop to the Forces – the Rt Rev’d Stephen Venner – on board the RFA Cardigan bay in AZRY, the ship repair yard in Bahrain, at the invitation of the RN Chaplain Keith Robus. They were on a brief visit, less than 24 hours, to Bahrain and for all of us it was at the end of a long day: a cup of coffee at 9.30pm. But they were interested in life and ministry here and I was interested in their ministries with the Forces. |
