 The last three Fridays have involved three farewells to those who have made the Cathedral their spiritual home: two weeks ago the Thomas family moving to Toronto to make their new home. Then last week Bob Hagan with the US Marine Corps at the end of his time in Bahrain, and today (Friday 14th June) Anna and Trisha Pouponneau. In each case we prayed for them and present them with a picture of the Cathedral. We were able to give Anna over BD500 (from personal gifts of the congregation), the Cathedral Council BD1000, and Trisha’s flight was paid by the ECC as an expression of thanks for all that Anna and David have given and as a support for Trisha in their return to the Seychelles. Thank you and thank you especially from Anna. |
