 A small group from TGIF went out to the Khalifa Bin Salman Port to visit the Seafarers’ Centre. We were able to deliver a large quantity of Harvest foodstuffs collected mostly by St Christopher’s School, meet some Filipino seafarers who were relaxing playing pool and table tennis, and play a little table football ourselves.  We were welcomed by Captain Ali and Bryan Levett, Chairman and Treasurer of the Bahrain International Seafarers Society and Stephen was able to show us round the very impressive centre and its facilities. |
