AGM and Wall Climbing

The last few weeks, especially in the Office, has been build-up to our AGM with so many reports to e-mail out. In the end the meeting on Friday after the service went smoothly and we have our full complement both of Wardens and Council Members, which is a reflection that though it has been a very challenging year in Bahrain, the Cathedral is in good heart. Forty-eight members attended the meeting.

Taking our young people out in the evening to the US Navy Base climbing wall was relaxation after the AGM. They are a great bunch of youngsters and several of them were wiry climbers. We headed for the Base food court afterwards and had a healthy diet of burgers, pizzas and as much fizzy drink as you wanted. Heaven for some! We are grateful to Tony grayson for making all the arrangements for us.
